Good evening and welcome to the Snohomish County Radio Amateur Civil Emergency Service net. My name is (name/call sign), your net control station for this evenings net. The purpose of this net is to provide on-the-air training, coordination of RACES activities, and for the exchange of information of interest to the amateur radio community.

This is a directed net. All stations must use their call sign for recognition by net control. Please do not relay unless asked to do so. If you need to break into the net, give your call sign only and wait to be acknowledged by the net control station. Stations with immediate or priority traffic will be handled prior to continuing the net. Are there any stations with immediate or priority traffic at this time?

Are there any stations wishing to list any traffic, bulletins or announcements for the net, please call net control and list your traffic.

We will now conduct a roll call for all Snohomish County RACES members. Visitor stations will be invited to check in following the member roll call. Stations will be called in alphabetical order based on the first letter of their call sign suffix.

Please stand by for roll call.
